These adapted workouts in combination with using resistance training by ARX technology, help us to ensure optimal use of time and energy in order to achieve your fitness goals. With ARX technology we are able to statistically track your fitness improvements each time you workout and are able to compare it to your previous workout; making your routine uniquely yours as it is you versus yourself. Your program is constantly reviewed and updated to keep up with changes in your fitness level as well as your health.
Our studio combines equipment that target both your aerobic and anaerobic systems. To simplify these systems; aerobic (low intensity exercises) improves cardiovascular health, where anaerobic (high intensity exercises) is the best way to build lean muscles.
